I co-founded OmniHand AI with Muhammad Faizan Mumtaz and Bushra Akram. It's a multi-tenant AI customer-support platform. Any business can sign up, create an AI agent, upload its own data, set human-handoff rules, and invite teammates to a shared inbox where they answer the chats the AI can't handle.

I teach AI engineering one-to-one on Preply: 100+ students worldwide and 600+ lessons delivered. Lessons are project-based, from LLM APIs and prompt engineering through RAG, agentic design, Claude Code, and n8n automation. Reviews and availability are on my Preply tutor profile.

AI Engineer at Xeven Solutions. I design and deploy production AI agents and multi-agent systems with long-term memory across legal tech, education, and enterprise workflows, cutting manual operational effort by 40%.

I built the RAG stack (semantic search, document processing, vector storage) on OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, and the orchestration layer in LangChain and LangGraph with MCP, Slack, Gmail, and LinkedIn integrations. I also own how it runs: Docker, AWS EC2, self-hosted n8n, redundant vector databases, API failover, and LangSmith monitoring.
